The Finest Beef
Carne Italian Chophouse proudly serves certified Brant Lake Wagyu from Alberta, Canada, Snake River Farms Wagyu from the USA, and A5 Japanese Wagyu.
Wagyu beef is prized for its rich marbling and wonderful flavouring. The smooth texture makes Wagyu beef exceptionally tender, and the rare breed of cattle provides a unique flavour of its own.
The Japanese-bred Wagyu cattle may come from Japan, USA, Australia, or Canada. Japanese Wagyu hails from several regions, including the renowned Kobe region.
A5 is the highest grade attainable for Wagyu beef. The "A" represents "Above Standard" quality, and the "5" speaks to the marbling of fat within the beef, as well as the texture, colour, and quality.
